Solution of DNS Error

Sound Card Driver Problem:

If speaker of your computer is working fine then you need to check the audio output port of your computer. You can it by directly connecting the headset with the audio output port of the sound card and test it. If there is no sound, you may have a problem with the sound driver software. Check the sound devices and their drivers installed through 'Control Panel'.

Solution: A very simple solution of this problem is to re-install audio driver through the appropriate installation CD. By doing this sound of your computer is came back immidiately.

Sound Card Hardware Failure:

If you have reinstalled the audio drivers again and still there is no sound, then you have a serious problem on 'cards'. Chances are that your sound card has quit on you. To check that, you may have to consult a computer technician. 

Solution: You will have to install a new sound card. Make sure that the sound card is compatible with the motherboard of your computer. A new sound card will surely bring back sound.

Code 10-related errors that Device Manager generates on Windows-based computers

Hey, guys you have seen sometimes a message comes up on your computer screen showing details that some error has occurred specifying  particular words ‘code10 error’. This error is generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device, a situation usually caused by outdated or corrupted drivers. Error code 10 is one of the Device manager error code.

This blog is regarding the Code 10-related errors that Device Manager generates on Windows-based computers. This error code is generated when Device Manager has insufficient information or the error that is bubbled up by the device drivers is not recognized by Device Manager. Additionally, this error may occur when one of the drivers that the device needs does not start. If many drivers are being used by a particular device, it can be difficult to determine the one that failed. 

A device may also receive a Code 10 error if a driver generates an error that Device Manager doesn't understand. In other words, a Code 10 error can sometimes be a very generic message indicating some kind of unspecified driver or hardware problem.

Now a question arise in mind how to troubleshoot this error code, please don’t be panic about, below given some steps how to troubleshoot and fix this problem which are as follows:-

·        Restart your computer if you haven't done so already.

·        If you install a device or make a change in Device Manager, undo it if you can, and restart your PC, and then check again for the Code 10 error.

·         Depending on the changes you made, some solutions might include:

Ø    Remove or reconfigure the newly installed device.

Ø    Roll back the driver to a version prior to your update.

Ø    Use System Restore to undo recent Device Manager related        changes.

·        Update the drivers for the device.

·        Install the latest Windows service pack.

·        Delete the Upper Filters and Lower Filters values in the registry.

·        Replace the hardware.

It might be possible that your hardware is not compatible with the version of windows you are using so check the windows hardware compatibility list, in order to remove this error. Sometimes it also happened that the hardware is compatible with windows but code10 error still occurs, go for repair install of windows if it works then it is ok, and if not go for clean install of windows.
